2、 The accuracy of parts is very strict for CNC lathe machining parts. Only when the required accuracy is met can it be used. The evaluation of its accuracy mainly depends on its ability to control the size. If it is within the tolerance range that can fluctuate, then the part is qualified. If it exceeds the tolerance, then it is unqualified.
3、 The analysis of test results is essential for a component to undergo a performance test before leaving the factory. If the performance is qualified, it will be shipped out. If it is not qualified, some of the reasons should be analyzed to avoid large-scale scrapping. Manufacturers in the processing industry generally handle this way, and they will make quality control charts based on the performance of many companies to analyze the reasons.
