Precision metal parts refer to the collective term for various specifications and shapes of metal blocks, metal rods, metal pipes, etc. manufactured from metal materials. The materials of metal parts include steel and non-ferrous metals (or non-ferrous metals), steel: alloys of iron with a carbon content of 2% to 4.3% are cast iron, and alloys of iron with a carbon content generally ranging from 0.03% to 2% are steel. In Fe-C alloy, various appropriate alloying elements are purposefully added to improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of steel.

The commonly used alloying elements include Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, W, V, Ti, Nb, B, etc., forming various types of alloy cast iron or alloy steel.
Processing
Treatment process
1) Anti corrosion and anti rust treatment: Boiling black or blue is also called phosphating treatment, which makes metal parts have corrosion resistance and anti rust properties.
2) Hardening treatment: The method of increasing the hardness of metal parts is as follows: 1. To increase the surface hardness of metal parts, surface carburization is used, and the surface color will also be slightly black after carburization; 2. Quenching treatment can increase hardness; 3. Vacuum heat treatment improves the overall hardness.
Processing technology
Mechanical processing, stamping, precision casting, powder metallurgy, metal injection molding, laser processing, electrical discharge machining, ultrasonic machining, electrochemical machining, particle beam machining, and ultra high speed machining. Similar to turning, milling, forging, casting, and grinding, CNC machining and CNC machining centers are all conventional machining processes.
casting
The production method of pouring liquid metal into a mold cavity that is suitable for the shape and size of the part, and waiting for it to cool and solidify to obtain a blank or part, is usually called metal liquid forming or casting.
Process flow: liquid metal → filling → solidification shrinkage → casting
